I-17 corridor: Phoenix → Flagstaff dump stops

Northbound plan: dump in north Phoenix before the grade if tanks are heavy, or use Dead Horse Ranch in Cottonwood, then Flagstaff options near Butler Ave / Hwy 89.

  2. Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood — official $20 non-camper dump.
  3. Flagstaff: call Black Bart’s or Flagstaff KOA for dump-only acceptance/fees the day you arrive.
